When will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch orders Monday–Friday, with same day shipping for orders placed by 9:30am Sydney Time.

Please allow additional time for dispatch during peak promotional periods.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow up to 1 business day for tracking updates.

Are you products made in Australia?

Our Candles, Diffusers, Hand Care and Body products are proudly australian designed, owned and Australian made since 2006.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes, we accept change-of-mind returns if you contact us within 30 days of dispatch, and the product is unopened, sealed, and in its original condition.

Please note: You will need to cover the return shipping cost and original delivery fees are non-refundable.
